Your garment has been uniquely crafted new for you according to your specifications. I therefore cannot offer refunds on returns, unless under exceptional circumstances. The cost of returning the garment is yours.

Accepting returns on Made to Order garments impacts my small business negatively, as it is unlikely that I will be able to resell the garment at full price. I therefore kindly request that you take extra care when you measure yourself so that you order the correct size. If you are in doubt please contact me for assistance. 

Returns for exchange can be requested within 3 days of delivery. Strictly, the garment must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags in tact and still fastened to the garment. If I deem the garment as unsuitable for exchange I will buy it back as part of my BuyBack program. Alternatively I would strongly encourage you to consider altering your garment instead of returning. If you do opt to return your garment for an exchange, I will do everything I can to get the new garment to you as soon as possible. A shipping and handling fee will apply for the exchange.
